This puts the environment back to the state a new installation starts with. It deletes the IBM i and SQL connections, the imported source, the contents of both hosted repositories, the import profile, the documentation refresh automation and its run history, the agent's environment memory, any published documentation, and the setup progress. It cannot be undone.

Your account, AI provider settings, and the task board are left alone: every task in this environment stays as history with its summary and output files, and pinned ones are unpinned first because they point at repositories and setup this reset replaces. Their containers do not survive — each is stopped and removed, the ones still running included — so changes a finished task never pushed are discarded with it. A task that is still running stops the reset instead.

Use this to test first-time Bridge setup again. CoderFlow revokes the existing Bridge key and the next setup command recreates the matching IBM i connection. A Bridge host shared with another environment is left alone.
